Examples of services & offerings

Primary & secondary research tailored to you & your stakeholders

Often focused on developing an understanding of a challenge, associated beliefs & behaviours, causes & effects, and what evidence based behavioural interventions are most likely to be effective at promoting adaptive behavioural change.

The most comprehensive research is mixed methods, triangulating the findings of approaches such as 1-1 interviews, focus groups, surveys, pharmacy or GP data, and evidence-based reviews journal articles. A comprehensive insights report can then help communicate these findings to non-specialist audiences.

Whether focused on the beliefs, behaviours, and interventions for people with long term conditions, their caregivers, healthcare professionals, or industry, government or third sector decision makers.

Innovative intervention design & development

There are innumerable challenges faced by people with long term conditions, their caregivers, and healthcare professionals - with new challenges always arising as treatment modalities & settings expand, along with available technology & software.

Good intervention design starts with an understanding of the challenge derived through initial research. These insights can then inform solution ideation, content planning, & development of assets.

Dr Riley Reston PhD CPsychol

Hi there! I’m Riley, nice to meet you.

I’m a Doctor of Psychology, specialising in the beliefs, behaviours, and contexts that determine why people faced with health & treatment challenges do what they do.

I’ve been active in the field full time for 15 years - 7 in academia as an NIHR Research Advisor / Fellow, and 8 in industry working with Top 20 pharma, most recently as Behavioural Science Director for a global healthcare agency.

I remain a Visiting Lecturer at King’s College London, and a Chartered Psychologist & Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

Sounds impressive… but fancy titles & accolades are just window dressing. My passion is helping people who face challenging circumstances & those who care for them to have the best chance of doing what they need, while being able to live the lives they want to lead.

I bring that attitude to all the work I do - I wouldn’t know how to not!

Interested in working together? Fill out some info and I will be in touch shortly. We can’t wait to hear from you!
